My order on Etsy has been marked as completed, but the package's tracking information has not been updated. Is there any reason for concern?

This occurs as a result of the shipping process employed by Packeta. Rather than collecting an order directly from me, I dispatch the package using an alternative shipping carrier. The package information is only updated once it reaches their warehouse, a process that can take up to three days. If you do not observe any updates during this period, please contact me.

What are the shipping methods?

I use Packeta as the main shipping carrier, I can also arrange DHL Express shipping, please contact me before placing an order if you would like to do so.
